We had a fantastic stay in the French Alps. the location was perfect, just steps away from the lifts to the other mountain with beautiful slopes boasting amazing views. Our room was small, but cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed and a neat bathroom. the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered plenty of options. We especially enjoyed the spa area with the steam room and sauna. a great value for a low-budget accommodation in a prime location close to everything you need.

The kitchenette was a bit small and lacked some basic items, like coffee filters, but it was not a big issue as there were plenty of restaurants in the area.

Beautiful views from windows, great location to watch the Tour de France!

We had to pay 7 euros to borrow one towel for the 2 days we were there. Limited hours with staff.

Spacious apartment with a wonderful view of the mountains. It was clean and comfortable with a decent sized kitchen, bathroom and living areas. Staff are friendly. This would be a great place to stay for a week or two as it feels like your own apartment and not a 'hotel room'.

Very limited check in time which is frustrating, but seems to be the case with so many places in France. No towels or soap were provided which was surprising but luckily we always travel with our towels, but could cause problems for some.

The hotel is perfectly located right next to the main ski lift, making it incredibly convenient for a skiing holiday. You can easily access the slopes and enjoy your day without wasting any time. The rooms are well-equipped and spacious, with options for double beds and single beds. This allows for a comfortable stay for families or groups of friends. The attention to detail in the rooms is impressive, with amenities such as a dishwasher, microwave, and fridge/freezer. It's great to have these conveniences available during your stay. The hotel's proximity to a supermarket and ski rental shops is a huge plus. It makes it easy to stock up on supplies and rent equipment without having to travel far.

All our needs were met and we had a fantastic stay.

    - hotel location, is very close to slope and near to city center, - hotel is recently opened, all equipment new, - considerable quantity of services (Wi-fi in room, parking, breakfasts etc.)

    - low noise isolation of numbers - small apartment

The hotel's location next to the ski lifts and the historical center is ideal for exploring the area and enjoying outdoor activities. The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was well-equipped with either a double bed or two single beds, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements. The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with affordable prices for the basic amenities offered.

All aspects of our stay at this hotel were more than satisfactory.

The rooms were clean and smartly furnished. We were very close to the gondola and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The apartment was very small for 4 and it was meant for 6. The jacuzzi/whirlpools were both out of service for the week.

Great location close to lifts and attractions. Clean and well, maintained apartments. the staff was courteous and helpful in assisting us with our needs. We also appreciated the well, equipped kitchen that allowed us to cook our own meals.

The lack of basic household products such as sponges, dishwashing liquid, and cleaning supplies. the internet was limited to one device at a time and was unreliable.

The hotel offers great value for money. It's reasonably priced considering the spacious and comfortable apartments that are available. The location of the hotel is fantastic, especially for skiers. It's near the historical center and conveniently close to a big gondola that takes you to Serre Chevalier. The hotel is also just a stone's throw away from the ski lift, making it extremely convenient for guests to access the slopes. The staff at the hotel provide excellent service. They are attentive and go out of their way to ensure guests have a pleasant stay. The rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities and have comfortable beds. It's great to have the option of rooms with either two single beds or a double bed. The breakfast offered at the hotel is delicious and satisfying, making for a great start to the day.

No improvements needed. Everything was okay.

The location of the accommodation was perfect for our city trip. We could easily walk to all the main attractions and restaurants. The apartment was well-appointed and had all the necessary amenities to make our stay comfortable. We really enjoyed the spa area and the sauna was a great way to relax after a day of sightseeing.

Sadly, the wifi was not very reliable and the instructions for the apartment were not very clear. We had to rent sheets and towels, and we were not informed about this beforehand.
